Membership is inexpensive, open to the community, and one of the best ways to stay connected to Riverbend Gun Club, the Trap Shooting league, and everything the club does through the year.

02 Who can join?

Regular membership is open to anyone 18 or older who supports safe, responsible shooting sports and wants to be part of an active local club. Prospective members are sponsored by a current member in good standing.

Junior memberships are available for those under 18 at a reduced annual rate of $1 per year.

Dues are kept intentionally low so the club stays accessible to everyone in the community.

04 How to join

The process is simple. Attend a meeting, get to know the club, and ask a current member to sponsor you.

  1. Attend a meeting

    Monthly member meetings are a relaxed way to get to know the club — dinner at 7:00 p.m., meeting at 7:30 p.m.. Showing up is the easiest first step.

  2. Find a sponsor

    New members are sponsored by a current member in good standing. Any active member can sponsor you — just ask at a meeting or a league night.

  3. Pay your dues

    Annual dues are $15 for regular members, due by March 31. Junior memberships for those under 18 are $1 per year.

How much does it cost to join Riverbend Gun Club?
Riverbend Gun Club keeps dues intentionally low. Regular membership is $15 per year for adults 18 and older, and junior membership is $1 per year for members under 18. Dues are due by March 31. Members also meet a $20 annual ticket obligation — you either sell or purchase club raffle tickets each year.
Do I need a sponsor to join?
Yes — new members are sponsored by a current member in good standing. It's a common requirement at sportsmen's clubs and keeps the club welcoming. The easiest way to find a sponsor is to attend a monthly member meeting.
Can I join if I'm not from Your Town?
Absolutely. Membership is open to anyone in Your Town and the surrounding area — nearby communities and the surrounding area and beyond. Many members drive in for league nights and club events.
Are junior memberships available for youth?
Yes. Junior memberships are available for anyone under 18 at $1 per year. Youth participation in Trap Shooting is strongly encouraged.
Do I need to be an experienced shooter to join?
Not at all. The club welcomes every skill level, including complete beginners. Many members started with little or no experience and learned alongside others during league nights.
What does a membership include?
Access to Trap Shooting leagues through the season; participation in club events; eligibility to rent the clubhouse at $75 per use; monthly member meetings; and a voice in club decisions as an active member.
